In an effort to recognize and celebrate the achievements of student councils, student leaders, advisors, and administrators throughout the year, MASC presents several awards at the Spring Conference each year. Submitted applications are required for each awards.

The following awards are given out by MASC:

• Administrator of the Year Award
• Henry Sullivan Advisor of the Year Award
• Council of Excellence Awards
• James Rokas Award for Student Leadership
• Top Ten Project Awards
• Commonwealth Awards
• Five Star Council Awards
• Unsung Hero Awards
• Distinguished Service Awards (Given on special occasions to honor contributors to MASC)

In addition to awards given out by MASC, the National Association of Student Councils also offers several awards. All MASC Members are encouraged to pursue these prestigious national recognitions.

The following awards are given out by NASC:

• Warren Shull Award (Scholarship given to MASC student attending the NASC National Conference)
• National Certified Student Leader Awards
• National Council of Excellence Awards
