Greetings,

One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is to watch the development of our young leaders from across the state. The contacts we make at the President’s Dinner, the Officershop, the Spring Conference, the Summer Leadership Conference and of course, the NASC Conference trip are only the start. Each student at any event, learns, grows, connects and most importantly brings part of that back to their council. This is a good thing. This is also the goal of our website. Every one of the MASC activities is about bringing more to your local council. That is what this website is about. Whether you are the “only” one or one of “many” from your school, you can gain many connections, ideas, leadership growth (and personal growth) in many different areas from this site.

This site provides a lot of information. The link to the Guidebook is invaluable. Additionally, the activities, state and regional updates, and even the energizers (it helps to know them) can be very helpful. We try to give you a lot of useful information and opportunities.

So this year, Welcome to the Safari. Take advantage of the website. There is a lot of “stuff” here.

Remember that this year, it’s “Expedition Leadership……Discover Your Path.”
